VRO,VRA Re-Notification or Supplementary 2012 New Dates and Schedule Government of Andhra Pradesh is going to release the notification for the post of Village Revenue Officer (VROs) Revenue and Assistant Village (VRAs).The Supplementary Notification will be released on 9th January 2012, as per the official sources at ccla.cgg.gov.in . As per the latest GO on age relaxation issued by Government, all the candidates will get 2 years relaxation in upper age limit for all Government recruitment for which notifications were issues after 1st July 2011. This has necessitated the authorities to issue addendums and supplementary notifications for the recruitment announced by APPSC, CCLA and other public organizations.

The likely new last date for the receipt of online applications for VRO and VRA posts is 21st January 2012. Last date for the payment of fee through AP Online Centers is 18th January 2012. The Government may announce new dates for written examinations, results, download of hall tickets and appointment orders for VRO and VRA posts also as the schedule has under gone changes with age relaxations.


There was huge response for VRO posts across the state. Guntur district topped the list with about 1 lakh applications. It is estimated that about 10 lakhs online applications were sent by the candidates through ccla.cgg.gov.in . There are another 1 lakh applications for VRA posts. The relaxation in age and last dates for online applications is likely to further increase the number of candidates. This will certainly make the authorities burn their energies in conducting written examinations. The entire recruitment process is likely to be delayed with huge number of candidates going to appear for the written examination.
