3.Selection will be based on the Direct recruitment through a competitive examination which consist of three parts. These are Preliminary Written Examination, Main Written Examination and Interview. The preliminary written examination will be for 100 marks with duration of one and half hours. There will be 100 objective type questions of multiple choice from the
4.following subjects: Contract Act; Indian Penal Code; Code of Civil Procedure; Evidence Act; Code of Criminal Procedure; Constitution of India; Law of Succession (Indian Succession Act and Hindu Succession Act), Transfer of Property Act, Limitation Act and Specific Relief Act.
5.The preliminary written examination is likely to be held in the month of May 2012. The main written examination will be held in the month of July 2012.
