NTPC Executive Trainees HR and Finance Recruitment 2012 :
NTPC Limited has announced recruitment for the post of management trainees. (ETS) of NTPC ET 2012 recruitment program aims to attract young MBAs, CAS and ICWAs with excellent results. NTPC is India's leading energy companies of the thermal model. The selected candidate will be based on all the tests that India online. Candidates will appear in the short term for individual interviews and group discussions based on the merit of the test. Here are other details are as follows:
a) Executive Trainees - Human Resources (ET- HR): 25 posts. Qualification: Applicants should be Graduates with at least two years full time Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Program in Management. They should have specialised in Human Resource / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or Masters in Social Work or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with minimum 65 percent marks.
b) Executive Trainees - Finance (ET-Fin): 35 posts. Qualification: Applicants should have qualified in CA / ICWA. Candidates studying final year / semester students who expect their result by 01-08-2012 are also eligible to apply. Age should be below 29 years as on 21-03-2012.
