APPSC Industrial Promotion Officers Recruitment 2012
1.Online applications will be invited by the APPSC, Hyderabad for the post ofIndustrial Promotion Officers in AP subordinate service industry. Applicants should use the Proforma application online between 29-02-2012 to 29-03-2012 on www.apspsc.gov.in but should be paid on or before 27-03-2012 only the top candidates. All these will be verified in writing, to be held at Hyderabad only the following is a breakdown of positions, qualifications and application process:
2.Industrial Promotion Officers in A.P. Industries Subordinate Service: 116 posts.
Age should be between 18-36 years as on 01-07-2011.
Pay Scale is Rs.15,280- 40,510.
Educational Qualifications: Applicants should have a degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology (BE / B.TEch) such as Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Ceramics, Bio-Medical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Petro Chemical Engineering and Instrumentation Engineering.
Candidates with a diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology are also eligible to apply.
The Written Examination will be held at Hyderabad only. Written Examination is likely to be held on 06th May 2012. Written exam consists of objective multiple choice type questions for 300 marks. There will be two papers in the exam. These are:
a) Paper 1: General Studies: 150 Marks - 150 Minutes - 150 Questions
b) Paper -2: Subject (Common) - Diploma Standard - Applied Science, Engineering and Management: 150 Marks - 150 Minutes - 150 Questions.
3.Application fee is Rs. 100 and Examination fee is Rs. 80. Some categories of candidates will be exempted from Examination fee.
4.Interested candidates can apply online through www.apspsc.gov.in .
