APSRTC Constables Recruitment 2012 Ex-Army personnel and civil candidates for the posts of Constables for 2012 - Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) has announced Recruitment 2011 notification. Online applications are invited by http://apsrtc.cgg.gov.in or www.apsrtc.gov.in only APSRTC website.This is a direct recruitment and candidates will be appointed on regular basis in APSRTC. There are 488 posts in total. Following are details of vacancies, eligibility and application procedure:
1) For Ex-Army Personnel - Qualifications: Applicants should have passed III form or its equivalent examination. They must be note as Exemplary in the defence Certificate. Height should not be below 160 cms for ST candidates and should not be below 168 cms in height for other candidates.
Candidate's chest should not be below 78.8 cms with a full inspiration and with a minimum expansion of 5 cms in respect of ST candidates. All other candidate's chest must not be below 87 cms on full inspiration with minimum expansion of 5 cms. Age should be below 45 years as on 1-7-2011.
2) For Civil (For Male candidates): Candidates must have passed Matric or its equivalent examination (10th Class). Height should be 168 cms and for ST candidates 160 cms is enough. Chest should not be below 78.8 cms on full inspiration for STs and should not be below 87 cms for other candidates. There should be a minimum expansion of 5 cms for all the candidates.
3) For Civil (For Female candidates): Candidates should have passed SSC or its equivalent examination Height should be below below 5 (Feet) or 52.5 cms and weight of 45.5 Kgs
Fee and Application procedure: Fee is Rs. 200 which should be paid at AP online Centers. Candidates should apply online only through APSRTC website www.apsrtc.gov.in.
