2. Job responsibilities:
* To facilitate the PCN notification to all Cypress customers, distributors and partners.
* Closely interacting with the Operations team to ensure wonderful and quick acceptance of changes at Cypress customers by efficient change management.
* Taking the responsibility of the Horizon Review Board (HRB) Process. Taking Ownership of duties, that are not limited to appointing the members, conducting huddles and meetings, publishing Horizon reports and in general and overseeing the functioning of the HRB.
* Regularly reviewing the changes proposed by different functional groups such as Wafer Fab, Back-end Manufacturing, and Product Line, and ensuring that these changes are in synch effectively and efficiently under the HCP.
* Responsible for maintaining the MIS records and keeping a track on status like initiate, approval and launch of all PCNs including Customer approval and rejections. Would be responsible to track completion and release of initiated PCNs.
* Work closely with Customers, Marketing and Regional Sales Manager in maintaining Customer Notification listing and customer classification.
* Would be responsible for Product quality information to Sales, Mktg, Engg, Mfg and QA teams to consolidate information for customer surveys, RoHS requests and quality documentation related inquiries.
* Should be able to conduct Specification review – review, gap analysis and closure.
* Interact closely with the corporate quality team based in USA to align day-to-day objectives with long term strategic goals.
