SAIL Management Trainee Recruitment 2012 | SAIL Management Trainee Application Form 2012 @www.sail.co.in : 1.SAIL Steel Authority of India Limited of the Management Trainee (Technical) and Management Trainee (Administration) of the posts have been announced for recruitment advertising. There are a total of 480 posts. Applicants must be under 30 years of age as on 01-05-2012 and they will not proceed born earlier than 01-05-1982. There are other details:
A) SAIL Management Trainee (Technical): 408 posts.
SAIL Management Trainee Qualification. Applicants should have full time Degree in Engineering with minimum 65 percent marks in any one of the disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, E and T, Instrumentation, Ceramics and Chemical Engineering.
B) SAIL Management Trainee (Administration): 72 posts .
SAIL Management Trainee Qualification for HR and Materials specializations: Candidates should have Bachelors degree in any discipline with at least 60 percent marks
2.least two years full time MBA / PG Diploma in Management with minimum 60 percent marks in HR / PM and IR / Pers / MHROD for HR and Production / Operations / Materials Management for Materials disciplines. For MT - Finance posts, candidates should have qualified in CA / ICWA.
3.Selection will be based on the performance in Written Test and Group Discussion / Interview. Eligible candidates can apply online only through SAIL website at www.sail.co.in between 18-04-2012 and 09-05-2012.
4.Tentative date of written examination is on 17-06-2012. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in the country where ever the units of the company are located.
