FACT Kochi Management Trainees Selection 2012:
1.Fertilizer and Chemical Travancore Limited (FACT) has announced the notification for recruitment to the post of management trainees for the 2012 FACT has announced an increase in vacancies. There are currently 50 vacancies in the Department of Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical and Civil Engineering is. E-mail to confirm this and get it to run again. 2.Management Trainees : 50 posts (Chemical - 18, Mechanical - 14, Electrical -9, Instrumentation - 6 and Civil - 3).
3.Qualification: Applicants should have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology in concerned discipline with minimum 60 percent marks. SC and ST candidates need 50 percent marks. Candidates waiting for final year results also can apply. But they should produce the mark list at the time of Group Discussion / Interviews to be held in May 2012.
4.Selection will be based on the written test, group discussion and interview. Age should be below 26 years as on 01-12-2011. Written test will be conducted at New Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai and Kochi. The test will consists of two parts. These are :
a.Part 1: Questions from Management Aptitude consisting of Aptitude, General English and General Knowledge.
b.Part -2: Technical Aptitude in the concerned discipline
5.Application fee is Rs. 800. SC, ST and PWD candidates need not pay any fee. Selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainees for two years. They will get a consolidated pay of 23,000/- per month in the first year and 28,000/- per month during second year of training. Interested candidates can apply online through http://fact.co.in . Last date for the submission of online application is 15.03.2012. Last date for receipt of hard copy of application with relevant copies of attachments is 22.03.2012.
