The following is a list of job vacancies in the eligibility and application procedures for the recruitment of physicians in 2012 NLC:
1) Senior Resident Doctors: Salary for the first, second and third years is Rs. 42,000, 44,000 and 48,000 respectively. Age should be below 30 years. Qualification: Candidates should have passed in MBBS with completion of CRRI with PG Degree or Diploma in Emergency medicine or Paediatrics/ General medicine / Orthopaedics/ Obstetrics and Gynaecology/ ENT / Diabetology/ Radiology / Anaesthesiology/ Ophthalmology/ Psychiatry. All the candidates must have been registered with Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.
2) Junior Resident Doctors: Salary is Rs. 28,000, 30,000 and 35,000 for the first, second and third years respectively. Age must be below 28 years. Qualification: Applicants should have passed in MBBS with completion of CRRI and must have registered with the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.
Method of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be based on Personal Interviews. Interested candidates can attend for walk in interview between 09.00 AM and 13.00 PM on 06-02-2012 at Neyveli House, 135, Periyar EVR High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-10. Candidates should bring a passport size colour photograph, all the original certificates including community certificate, a set of Photostat copies of all the certificates along with prescribed filled in application format which can be downloaded from NLC website www.nlcindia.com .
