REC Recruitment for Engineering and Accounts Professionals, HR 2012 Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC) has announced the recruitment notification 2012 for the post of experts in various fields.Vacancies in the department of management accounting, human resources, engineering, etc. REC is the Navaratna public work of the organization under the control of the Ministry of Energy, Government of India has vacancies for candidates of SC / ST under Tasks. Backlog the following is a breakdown of the post in the selection and application.

1) General Manager (HR): 1 post. Qualification: Applicants should have Graduate Degree / Diploma of 2 years duration with specialization in Personnel Management and

Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Management along with minimum 20 years of experience. Candidates with Law Degree are preferable.

2) Company Secretary in the Grade of General Manager / Additional General Manager: 1 post. Candidates should be Graduates with Associate / Fellow Membership of the

ICAI. Applicants with Law Degree and CA / ICWA are preferable.

3) Director (CIRE) at Hyderabad: 1 post. Applicants should have First Class Post Graduate degree in Engineering - Electrical / Mechanical engineering. Candidates with

MBA/ PG Diploma in management will be preferable.

4) Faculty (CIRE) equivalent to Manager: 2 posts. Candidates should have BE / B.Tech. with Electrical /
Mechanical engineering with minimum 60 percent marks. M.Tech is a desirable qualification.

5) Deputy Manager (Engineering) / Assistant Manager (Engineering): 2 posts each. Qualification: Applicants should have BE / B.Tech. with Electrical or equivalent branch with at least 60 percent marks. M.Tech is a desirable qualification.

6) General Manager (Engineering): 1 post
7) Dy. General Manager (Engineering): 1 post
8) Chief Manager (Engineering): 1 post
9) Engineer: 2 posts. Qualification for 6, 7, 8 and 9 posts: Applicants should have BE / B.Tech. with Electrical or Mechanical specialization with first class marks. MBA / Proficiency in IT applications is a desirable qualification.

10) Dy. General Manager (F and A): 1 post
11) Chief Manager (F and A): 1 post
12) Assistant Manager (F and A): 1 post
13) Accounts Officer: 1 post. Qualification for 10, 11, 12 and 13 posts: Graduation in any discipline.
14) Officer (HR): 3 posts. Candidates need Full time MBA/ Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of 2 years
duration with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations / HRM with at least 60 percent marks.
