Name of the Post: Insurance Medical Officers (IMO) Grade-II (Allopathic)
1. ESI Hospitals in Gujarat: 67 Posts
2. ESI Hospital, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh: 08 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 30 years as on 31/01/2012, upper age relaxation for reserved categories is as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualifications: recognized medical qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part II of third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Selection Process: Selection will be done on basis of written test.
Application Fee: Rs 225/- for general category, no fee for SC/ST/PH/ Departmental, Female & Ex Servicemen Candidates. Fee is to be paid by Demand Draft in favour of “E.S.I. Fund Account No. I” drawn on any scheduled bank payable at New Delhi.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through www.esic.nic.in website before 20-01-2012.
Instructions for online Apply:
1. For applying online the candidate should have a personal email ID, visit ESIC website and click on online apply.
2. Candidates must fill mandatory columns carefully as per instructions and click on submit after completion.
3. Unique serial number will be generated; candidate should remit this number for future use.
4. The candidate should take the printout of the application and paste a recent pass port size photo and DD along with necessary attested copies of certificates send to the address Post Bag No. 29, Okhla Industrial Estate Post Office, New Delhi – 110 020 on or before 31-01-2012.
